Peppi Pirat will be on site to cheer on the participants at the kids and toddlers start!
Registration package
The package includes bib number, swimcap, timing chip (in the Käringsund- relay the same chip is used by each three members of the team) and stickers to attach to the helmet, bike and bag.
The bib number is attached with your own race belt or with rubber band (available in the competition office) and have to be on the back of the body when cycling and on the front of the body when running.
Registration packets are picked up at the race office in Käringsund on Friday 23.8 at 3-7pm and on Saturday 24.8 from 8 am.
When not racing, the athletes must not move with the chip within the transition and finish area because the times will be registered.
If a participant cancel the race, the chip shall be returned to the race office without delay. After finishing the race the participant return the chip before leaving the finish area. For non-returned / lost the chip the participant will be charged 90€.
Bike check- in
Bikes and other equipment can be taken to and from the transition area during following hours on Saturday:
- 7.30-8.15 (1/2 dist)
- 12.45-13.45 (minitriathlon, sprint)

First aid
First aid- trained personnel present. In case of a serious accident, call 112!
Showers and locker rooms
Locker rooms, shower and sauna available for the participants in Käringsund Resort and Conferences sauna by the beach.
Clothes storage
Bags can be left in the race office during the race.
Parking
Free parking lots nearby to the start- and finish area.

Lost property
Handed to the organizers who keep them during the current season (until 31.10.2024) if they haven´t been collected during the competition weekend.
After the season, leftovers are submitted to charity organizations.
Canceling
If you for some reason have to cancel the race, you should notify the nearest volunteer or contact the organizer by phone (+358405223823). Please also notify if you won´t start at all.

We think about the nature!
The disposable vessels that we use during the contests are compostable and are sorted during/after the contest. We have also joined barkraft.ax and made some promises that strive towards a sustainable society. We are Kranmärkt-certified, which means that we don’t give out bottled water during the contests.
We are constantly working further on this and our goal is to be eco labelled in the future!
