Sauna & pasta
Friday 23.8 at 5.30-8 pm the sauna by the sea is traditionally booked for competitors in the relay. On Saturday 24.8 the sauna is booked all day for our competitors!
Another tradition is the Pasta Party arranged on Friday 23.8 from 6.30 pm in Käringsund. The party is included in the registration fee.
Non-participants are also welcome to participate in the pasta party for 12 € / adults and 7 € / children 5-12 years – pay on site!
Come and recharge before Saturday’s race and meet the other athletes!
Triathlon’s final dinner
On Saturday 24.8 at 7 pm the triathletes and partners shine brightly and proudly when they enjoy a fantastic dinner together. As a pre-purchase at the price of only 35 € / adult and 15 €/ 5-12 year old children (€38/ €18 at drop in) you get to enjoy a lovely barbecue buffet. Non- participants are also very welcome!

On Saturday Peppi Pirate will visit us and cheer at the youngest participants during their race!
