Sauna & pasta
Friday at 5.30-8 pm the sauna by the sea is traditionally booked for competitors in the relays. On Saturday it´s booked all day for our competitors!
Another tradition is the Pasta Party arranged on Friday from 6.30 pm in Käringsund. The party is included in the registration fee. Non-participants are also welcome to participate in the pasta party (10 € / adults, 7 € / children 5-12 years – pay on site!)
Come and recharge before Saturday’s race and meet the other athletes!
Triathlon’s final dinner
On Saturday at 7 pm the triathletes and partners shine brightly and proudly when they enjoy a fantastic dinner together. For the price of only 35 € (children 5-12 yrs 15€) you can enjoy a lovely barbecue buffet. Non- participants are also very welcome!

On Saturday Peppi Pirate will visit us and cheer at the youngest participants during their race!
